New Project Juno!

The Virginia Air & Space Center will host live launch coverage of Juno on Friday, August 5, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The Juno mission begins the next chapter in space exploration as it is expected to travel to Jupiter and provide extensive data to help scientists to understand the planet’s origin, evolution, and structure. The Center will provide additional activities leading up to the launch on Wednesday and Thursday, August 3 & 4, including live, interactive programming from Kennedy Space Center. VASC guests will be able to ask scientists, engineers, and NASA officials questions regarding the Juno mission. The viewing and activities are included with the purchase of exhibit admission.
