Saturday Summer Street Fest livens up Downtown Hampton with spectacular entertainment for all ages featuring music by Hotcakes, Saturday, July 30, 2011, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Hotcakes is a group of extraordinary, multitalented performers equipped with state-of-the-art sound equipment and an impressive light show. Hotcakes specialty is the latest top 40 hits, as well as Motown, Beach, Oldies, and a touch of Country.   Presented by Calvary Assembly of God, the children’s area offers carnival games, unlimited rides, face painting, and other activities for only $4 a ticket.

 Don’t miss out on the last two weekends of the summer market! The Downtown Hampton Market Place will offer the finest seasonal produce this Saturday, July 30, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. This week, the market will feature summer favorites including: peaches, home grown tomatoes and sweet corn. Visitors are encouraged to visit the business of the week, Boutique She She. Boutique She She offers a unique selection of sassy, classy, spunky, funky, vintage and on-trend fashion, accessories, Judaica, gifts and special occasion keepsakes. Boutique She She is located at 22 South King Street, Hampton, VA 23669. The Downtown Hampton Market Place will also offer a variety of fresh produce including vegetables and fruits from regional farmers, seafood, homemade baked goods, plants, handmade arts and crafts and other Virginia specialties. Downtown Hampton Market Place shoppers will be entertained with live music performed by Ricky Firth and artistry by Blue Skies Gallery.
