Kids In Grades K-1 Can Enjoy:
Embark on a slimy, mushy, oozy, and stinky adventure as you explore the human body. Discover why the body functions the way it does. Make your very own mucus to take home! Discover why you must wash your hands before you eat when you use a microscope to view some mysterious things under your fingernails. Practice using the proper medical terms for some really gross stuff. Make Gross Paper Mache masks. Search for Harry Potty and study hair samples. Examine why “This Scab is for You” and make edible scab snacks. Check out a smelly mess of bones and eggs and sniff out the science behind the smell. Explore the impolite science of the human body, from pits to zits, with the new exhibit Human Grossology.
Kids In Grades 2-3 Can Enjoy:
Embark on a slimy, mushy, oozy, and stinky adventure as you explore the human body. Discover why we become sick and how our body combats sickness. Prepare yourself for the creation of stomach contents and discover how acids work to break things down. Test a variety of acid approach compounds to reduce and dissolve the contents. Make your very own mucus to take home! Use Roamer Bots on a human body scavenger hunt. Practice using the proper medical terms for some really gross stuff. Search for Harry Potty and study hair samples. Use a microscope to view some mysterious things under your fingernails. Examine why “This Scab is for You” and make edible scab snacks. Kids In Grades 4-5 Can Enjoy:
